I think it's up to Steve to release the schematics when he decides it
is time.
At the top level there are 3 interfaces: the Apple bus that we all
know and love,
the 40 pin 0.1" pitch IDE connector and a JTAG connector. The IDE
interface
is not actually used to connect an IDE drive in the default
configuration but
your custom configuration can use it either for an actual IDE device
or as
general purpose i/o.
