ADTPro Late Night Fun

I had some fun last night hacking a serial cable from a parrallel D25
cable and D9-D9 Null Modem cable...

But as you can see in the picture, it did load the Apple IIe with the
client.

It wouldn't communicate back with the server on my IBM X60 laptop
though on Vista (32bit).

I do see the Java window with the report of opening COM1 for 115kb so
it appears to be working, but nothing ever pulls up on the Dir command
or the Receive.

Anyone else have a problem with Vista 32bit receiving?

I'm going to plug in my old IBM X20 laptop with XP Pro and see if that
works.

Might be the hacked serial cable I guess, the DB25 didn't have a wire
for ping 22 (pin 9 on the DB9) or Pin 19 which looks like the Super
Serial Card is wired to as well for some reason.
