Although there is a plethora of CF controllers out there, a hacked
Vulcan rom to make CF's work would be pretty cool, especially when CF
adapters can be had for $3.  It puts these cards back to use inside
real Apple II's where they belong and makes Vulcan enclosures
available for easy hacks like internal 3.5" floppy drives.

I totally agree with you, Paul, and if and when I have the time, I'll look into it. I'm just not motivated to mess with it on any advanced level at this time. And, let me add that CF cards run lots cooler than the mechanical hard drives that work with the Vulcan cards.
