I have scanned some pages regarding drive head cleaning from Apple II

IIRC there are other sections related to calibrating disk ]['s, but
unfortunately I haven't got around to scanning them in yet. Let me
know if this would be useful to you and I'll see if I can make time to
do the scanning.
