No guesses needed. It's a Sider card. Rather, it's a Xebec host adapter that is of the Sider era. SASI, electrically the same as SCSI, but as it sits, it will not work with any SCSI drives, though at one point in the late 80s I did do firmware to make them work with ST-225N and ST-238N drives.
