Hi Glenn,

I did check out Molex's version of the display port as well as Apple's
mini version as you suggested - but its way over kill for a II's
display requirements - its also a digital format, which means a lot of
vhdl design work I thought it to be too expensive in time and effort.
The analog interface we have given CB is capable of just about any RGB
image with both composite and seperate sync's. The new little board
also allows any style of RGB connector to be added to the card. I have
a scart design that ill modify to suit CB soon as a follow up. I think
this setup should give the II a new lease of display life hopefully.
The miniVGA footprint is still on CB, so if you really did want a
miniVGA, you could get out the iron and add it yourself.
