Okay, don't know if this helps or not, but I have a Corvus 11mb drive,
the corvus hd interface card for Apple II, and 5 or 6 CORVUS 5 1/4"
diskettes for the drive system. I believe there was a pascal version,
a cpm version and dos 33, with some diagnostics, also, etc.  I'll have
to dig them up, but I had them out a few months back and they all
booted up fine (the diskettes, that is).  I couldn't get the drive to
boot, but it does turn on, just doesn't seem to get past the flashing
fault light. Maybe just a bad case of stickum ? Anyway, are these the
floppies you are looking for? If so, I can shoot you copies if you
want. Just let me know.
