I ordered a replacement battery for my ROM03 IIgs over a month ago.
To date I've received nothing, and repeated emails to ReactiveMicro's
support and payment addresses go unanswered. I can understand if
someone is busy, but a simple one-line email would suffice. I don't
think that's too much to ask.

If I don't hear from ReactiveMicro soon, I don't know what else to do
but to dispute the transaction with PayPal. I can't say I would order
from them again if this is the type of response I receive.
