If you've got a slinky card lying around, you could write a small
BASIC program to poke the data from the files into that, and a
corresponding one in ProDOS to suck it back out ...

If you're super lucky, the Sider hacked DOS might be compatible with
the Slinky's DOS ROM interface but I doubt it. If that worked, you
could copy the files onto the Slinky formatted as DOS then suck them
back out using a ProDOS utility.
