I phoned Jerry last year and couldn't even buy a copy. I joined the support 
group and waited patiently. I supported Tony's position.

But when guys like Steve Hirsch and others including me need to put-up with 
twerp comments calling our requests "grumbling" after we have been making 
our share of contributions in-here that is where I draw the line.

Yes it has. But I will turn that around. Macophiles have always been
