A PT31HIGHSPEED should probably contain 115k serial port patches for
both the GS and the SSC. The SSC patch can be done by just modifying
the Turbo ASB driver since that can be now considered obsolete.
Rather than modifying a distributable copy of PT3.1, why not just
create an executable ProTerm3.1 Highspeed patch that will modify the
appropriate PT31 file(s)? Then you can distribute the patch in any way
you'd like and not have to worry about the availability of PT3.1.
