Dear Philip,

Download the following disk and use Disk Fixer 4.0 and its HEX editor
to do the job: http://www.brutal-deluxe.fr/products/apple2/diskcopiers.html

Disk Fixer can "follow" a file, use the "D" option, select the file,
use the left and right arrows to browse the file contents and update
what needs to be changed.
