The best way to archive your floppy disks is ADTPro:

http://adtpro.sourceforge.net/

You'll need some sort of serial card for your //e, if you don't
already have one.  They're super-common on eBay, though.

Bonus points if you upload previously-unavailable software to an
online archive such as Asimov!  :)
