Hi, I'm sorry about not replying to your emails.  I will try to get to
emails this weekend.  I've gotten so frustrated with myself for not
being able to get orders processed at a reasonable pace that I've
gotten caught up in something of a spiral of not dealing with things
very well.

That's not an excuse, just an explanation.

You're right; download-only orders are supposed to get processed
faster than that, and in fact I did a couple last night... I must have
missed noticing that yours was a download order, or it would have been
processed by now.  I'm sorry about that, and will get it done today.
