Using my Apple IIGS and the lynx web browser, that link revealed an index 
for the first 11 issues of the newsletter.

Considering I've neither promoted nor published the newsletter for many a 
year, if that link is indeed broken using other browsers, I'll just remove 
it. Can anyone else confirm that the link is broken?
