Hello All,

I've rewritten Lodraw/ProDraw in Machine language. It's my first attempt at writing strictly in Apple II ML, so the source code is terrible and not included at this time. (I don't use an assembler, so it mimics spaghetti BASIC)

I don't understand. If you don't use an assembler, what does the source look like? The main event loop at $843 looks deceptively simple.

Craig is a manly man - he uses a disk hex editor to type in the code. And it works the first time! Not even Chuck Norris can do that.

Sorry, couldn't resist ;-)

You can find the zipfile with the DSK image and readme at the following address:

Very nice. The help screen and palette are delightful.
Cursor movement is much quicker now! :)

Well, once I pressed caps lock! :-)
