For straight Z80 code: SLR Systems Z80ASM and SLRNK For 65xx cross assembly: Microsoft M80 / L80(There was a special version of M80 that could assemble both Z80 and 6502 mnemonics. A hacked version that supports Z180/64180 and/or 65C02 is around also).
