Yes. This should be the binary assembled from my version of the boot
program.

I suspect there are only 5 or 6 PD8 boards with the new firmware in the
world, so modifying the AVR code is also an option.

The big problem with my design is that you can't swap the simulated 
floppy on-the-fly. One could add a button to cause an NMI and set a 
vector pointing to the ROM while paging in special code... but it's not 
done. So probably ProDOS mode is the most practical way to use PD8.
Still the beautiful boot is a very welcome enhancement.
