That picture is kind of hard to see but it looks like the card I have.
I have an AIO multi function board but my initial search didn't find it.
I'm pretty sure I still have the original box it came in too which is
why the card isn't with my other Apple II cards.

Unfortunately, my apartment is a disorganized mess.  I threw things
everywhere to make room for my younger brother to move in back in
September and I've been trying to rearrange furniture so things work
better ever since.  Once I get that done, I will be able to start
sorting through all my stuff again.

I'll put finding my AIO board manual (and disk if there is one, I can't
remember off hand) at the forefront of my searching.  Hopefully I can
track it down sometime in the next week.
