My Website Has Been Taken Down

Hi All,

I regretfully wish to inform you that I have taken down my entire Apple 
II site (http://apple2.sytes.net/) due to recently receiving an email 
from Vince M. Cooper (the original author of TML/Complete Pascal) 
threatening legal action against me for offering TML Pascal/Complete 
Pascal items for download from my website. This includes the manual that 
I translated from French.

I have respected his wishes and have taken everything down until such a 
time that I can review what is OK for me to publish. My source code and 
hardware work should be OK, but for now it too has been taken down.

My source code will be put back in due time as I have since moved onto 
using Orca Pascal anyway (I moved to using Orca Pascal late 2007).

It is unfortunate that Vince feels the way he does, but lawfully I must 
respect his wishes. Anyone else offering TML/Complete Pascal software 
and/or manuals should also respect his wishes and remove their links.

I never meant for anyone to have been disadvantaged by my actions, and 
nor do I feel that anyone has. The Apple II is a hobby of mine and at no 
time during the life of my website have I made a single cent - it has 
all been for the fun of learning, and my web site merely a medium for me 
to share what I had learnt.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to Vince, and to 
anyone else who may have been affected.
