The client end is part of ADT at berlios, implemented by Eric:

It does nibble and half-track sends.  The A2V2 server (part of Gerard
Putter's Virtual ][ emulator) is the only code that will interpret the
stream so far.  I have nascent support in the ADTPro server, but
couldn't get things to work well enough to keep me motivated to get it
ready to release.  In my limited testing, I had a hard time getting
nibble copies of unprotected disks to work with any regularity; and
some nibble copies of protected disks would work in Virtual ][, but
not in AppleWin.
