   Don't remember the Trustor name, but mine and several others had a
Zebec controller and a Zebec card that took a standard PC hard drive
and made it work on an Apple II.  I want to say it was some sort of
SASI interface (not SCSI, but related).  Max I think was in the 20-40
MB range.  Worked fine, even a couple of guys I knew ran BBS's off an
old Apple II+ with them.

  My first Sider came from a First Class Peripherals rep that did a
demo at our user group meeting.  I traded a brand new Sider 20 for 4
disk controller cards, and a couple of super serial cards.  Something
trivial like that.  I had little or nothing in them, so I was happy.
