I have this, having been part of Apple's developer network when the CD
series was first introduced. Definitely it's Apple's; you want to use
it, you contact them. And then, of course, you sit in bitter
disappointment when they tell you "no" as I'm almost certain they will
even though they have nothing really to gain by doing so.
