Thanks for the note! For some reason, a few of the files ended up with 
the file extensions in capital letters. I changed them to lowercase and 
it should all work now - let me know if you notice anything else.

Thanks. Indeed, Kevin did the C-64 conversion. I don't have the 
packaging though, and I'm not as motivated to seek out C-64 stuff!
