I'm planning that feature. The idea is that while the FPGA is not
programmed,
writing to the card's i/o space (DEVSEL) will toggle the JTAG pins,
Wiggler style.

Somebody will need to port Xilinx's SVF player to Apple and it won't
be fast. Will
likely take a minute or more to load the configuration.
