This brings up another area -- DOS Master. Try as I might (having
exercised all the hints I have found here and perhaps now sounding
like a broken record) I am still not able to get it to work on a CF
flash drive under the last ProDOS version. 

I looked at the subdirectory referenced and alas, no DOS Master.

I'm game if there are any more suggestions other than get a large
handful of floppies....
