Re: IIGS 115,200 Baud Serial Port - How?

David, (Schmidt and Wilson)

You've led a crazed old man from the brink. Thanks.

After taking your advice to heart, it seems the SCC WR11 _does_ appear to be
the key to this 115,200 baud stuff (dare I say 230,400 with a 64x clock
factor) on the IIGS's SCC built-in serial ports.

I'm back to patching ProTERM and will report. I'm very optimistic about
getting this to go. I hope my wife will understand that New Year's Eve will
have to take a back seat. <g>

Thanks a MEG. The ability to hook up a IIGS via ProTERM (or perhaps
Spectrum) to a Unix computer (especially a getty on Mac OS X) via null modem
at 115,200 would be welcome.
