No, but ideas are welcome. My primary vision is to connect the board
with one or two 2x10 cables to Disk ][ controller, depending on
whether single or both drives are to be converted. At the PC side the
standard twisted floppy cable provides for two drives.

We used it with the Apple's power supply, through the Disk ][ cable. I
am thinking about set of jumpers and a small cable to choose between
internal/external powering.

It's a DD drive. Using DD drives with Apple][ is easier as the data
passes untouched, only some pulse and head movement massaging. I have
information from few people who did this many years ago.
