I just got my hands on an "IC Test Card" made by "Yih Lung Enterprise
Co., Ltd." Although the cardboard box is rather beat up, I don't think
this card has ever been used. It claims to test 7400 series, 4000
series and some RAM that I never heard of. When I get a chance, I will
scan the manual, image the disk and take a picture. All will be posted
to Asimov.
