It's at Asimov.  Original disk:

(The .nib extension is missing in the packaged file for some reason.)

Cracked disk:

Technically, Shuffleboard is also there, but not in its original
form:

So for the sake of completeness I'd say it's worthwhile to get a rip
of the real disk online as well.
