Most everything is at ftp.whtech.com.
http://www.planet-99.net/ is a good site, as is http://www.tigameshelf.net/
As for the specs, perhaps they are on ftp.whtech.com somewhere - there are
different formats, V9T9 and PC99 are standard.
Both are basically sector dumps of disks, although PC99 is actually track
dumps and contains inter-sector stuff as well.
File formats are another thing.
I'd be willing to work with you or anyone regarding this as my time
permits...
