I just looked at my IIe. About 1/2 inch to the rear of the keyboard
connector is a 2-pin connector just like the one on the mystery card.
I'll have to find a IIe schematic to make sure, but I thought I read
somewhere that this was video. Yes, further back is the 4-pin
connector for a modulator.
