Without.  Monitors are very much dominated by shipping costs.  The
IIgs RGB monitor can fetch high prices at times, though - once in a
while, a couple of buyers get a wild hair and absolutely, positively
need to have a bidding war over one.

That depends.  I've seen loaded systems that are demonstrably working
fetch pretty good prices.  If you demonstrate that it's a whole turn-
key package, that's a plus.  If not, it's probably more advantageous
to part it out.  Those said wild hairs happen over accelerators from
time to time, too.  But it's not a sure thing - like all retroware,
it's all down to the whims of the buyers that particular week.
