Yes it can be, I'm waiting and then put one up to see what it gets, them
maybe wait a while or if the next person in line is high enough, give
them a second chance on the second one. I have all kids of parts that
he gave me. He had 2 storage containers that he was dumping before I
found out what he had and got a lot of Apple II stuff and parts, plus 4
in the box IIgs's and a lot of early Mac stuff. I put most in storage
in my shed in the back yard and as I had time started going through what
I had' fixed my 2 mahines with cards I wanted and then made a list and
started selling, but I'm waiting now, most prices are still to low as I
found out a couple of months ago, also the buyers in Japan are willing
to pay more for items.
Was this that HUGE lot in Portland? If I had the storage I would have gone
after that one. It was an amazing haul.

No it is a service dealer located in Riverside. He had all kinds of
Apple service parts and computers, plus lots of other Apple related
parts and manual, he started to dump them, when I went there to get my
iBook fixed, we started talking and went back to the storage, I almost
died, I thought I was in Apple heaven. Over the next week I moved what
I wanted and helped him get rid of the parts, mostly Mac parts of little
or no value. I did get an Apple ///, which after a lot of work between
both of us got it to finally work, not sure what I'm going to do with
it, a museum offer to buy it and I'm considering it. One computer that
really got my attention was a Woz edition IIgs that had a real signature
on it along with the printed one, he had gotten it during a visit by
Steve years ago to a dealer here he was working for.

At the rate these prices are going, I'm just going to hang onto my
SuperDrive Controller Card for another 20 years, sell it for $94,000
on ebay, and then pay for my future kid's college tuition. ;-)

In 20 years $94,000 might buy you a tank of gas :-)

;-)

That's why I always suggested thinking of pricing in units
of "pizzas". ;-)
