I spent a bunch of time coaxing the Applesoft and Integer BASIC formatters
in CiderPress to use the exact spacing that "LIST" does, on the theory
that code is at its most readable when it's in the form your eyes expect
it to be.
I threw in optional colored syntax highlighting because it's trendy,
and when not over-used can make stuff more readable. Sample:

Splitting every statement into its own line is easy. Somebody suggested
some fancier features, like scanning through the program and identifying
dead code chunks. Not sure how badly the world needs that though. :-)
