Hello again!I t ried with the SSC-block pointing down and straight-through without the null-modem adapter. This produced the same "[00]" in the terminal-program, but no response when trying ADT. With the null-modem adapter no characters are transferred to terminal as expected.
I have also tried random selection of different JP7/JP8 settings, but with no result.

Are you sure it's a null-modem cable, and not a straight-thru? For null cable, the block is straight-thru wired, and for straight-thru cable, the block is null wired. Could be your issue.Bill Garber from GS-Electronics http://www.garberstreet.com
