According to Harry it will be more like Aztec C since it will support
overlays. I wonder will it be available in Z80 and produce CP/M programs for
the Apple II and C128 from a Win32 IDE as well?
Will it have intellisense? That way old guys like me won't need to remember
anything and we can't anymore anyway. I already forget what I was talking
about:)
Hey Peter, we should do a CP/M OS port to the 6502 that will run on the
Apple II, and C64 and C128 and write an MS-DOS based C cross-compiler for
it. This would provide an alternative to the Aztec C Shell and Linux Users
could use DOSEmu so it would be ultimately interop.
We could call it an Applesoft BASIC compiler and use Java syntax ... that
way everyone would be sure to use it.
Or we could use the D programming language and get Walter Bright involved.
Clive W. Feather is still around. Maybe we could invent our own language and
Clive could write the ISO standard for us.
