I find it somewhat funny that people get demonized for business
decisions
while some users may not exactly be saints either.

I'm certain that people are present in this group that hold positions
where
they are not only able but required to make similar decisions.

Killed good products that are "clearly inferior" or "not as cost-
effective" -
whether in development or in public availability (maybe not as high
profile
as the Apple II line but equally important for your company)?
Decided which members of staff lose their job because their work isn't
as
good as that of others?
Seized a house for your bank because your client couldn't pay his
rates for
two months?
File a lawsuit against another company or against a person because
it's
the best business decision at a certain moment - but not because it's
the
righteous thing to do?

Decision with good reasons, of course. Strictly business and not of a
personal nature.

I guess many panels could be drawn.
