I am thinking whether we should use 80x48 rather than 40x40 since it is closer to 640x400 aspect ratio. This is Double Lores (supported in IIe, //c and IIGS...) with the text screen off (Lores is 40x48 without text). Do you happened to know the color names of all the 16 colors? Someone should have written it somewhere...
