Hi Marc.

The IIc manual that covers the IIc+ is available for purchase as a
printed scan. Google this group for details and controversy!

Apart from that, the only other info I know of is the source for the
IIc+ MESS driver. Check it out, because Nathan discovered the same
things you did.
