Well, I had a long day yesterday so the coffee hadn't quite kicked in:) And 
I was a little wordy even for me so I wasn't sure but hoped not. I didn't 
spot the spelling error until you made me take another look.

Thanks Dean. I would like that very much, but the file is pretty large... if 
that's ok I will place it on the website a little later. My wife's 
grandfather is 107 years old tomorrow and we are just heading for the 
Birthday Party right now. This man is lucid and much nicer than I:)

Anyway I would like just the shell chapter chunked-out but was unable to do 
this in a reasonable way because of the inefficiency of my converter. My 
hopes are that this chapter will remain tiny if Acrobat is used.
