Disk Copy 4.2 images. That page lists the filetype extension as .dsk
though, and .img for Copy II Plus images, so maybe it's getting confused
about which disk image format it's dealing with.
DiskCopy 4.2 format ought to work. The extension should only affect the
"probable format" determination, i.e. what it tries first.
If you want to forward the disk image to me I can take a look -- I still
don't have my Windows development environment restored, but happily all
the disk image stuff runs under Linux too.
