My Uthernet card seems to be dead, or at least partially so.

Rather alarmingly, pretty much the exact same thing has happened to me... and the A2RetroSystems support forum seems to be down at the moment :(

Mine was working just fine (using Contiki 1.3)... I quit Contiki to use another program and when I restarted Contiki I had no connection.

My symptoms are: connection light is on but activity light shows nothing (except when booting system). My router doesn't see the card (MAC address doesn't show up in DHCP) and trying to ping times out.

I've swapped out each variable (computer, router, hub, cables) individually and en masse with no change, so I have to think it's a failure of the Uther itself...

God, Please, NO!!! Not likely that the card went bad. I haven't used mine in a while. Maybe I should hook it up to see how far I get. Of course, I don't use anything but Contiki.

Sorry, what I meant was, I install the Uther, boot my Contiki disk, go get what I need, remove the Uther, then run other programs. I'd like an external slot switcher, then I can just switch it out.
