Hello!
I am looking for a way to get a working CGA/RGB solution on a Franklin ACE
2200 model.
I have a Commodore 1084S monitor which works OK when connected to an Apple
IIc + Video7 Enhancer (DB9 connector CGA/TTL).
I tried to connect the same 1084S monitor to the Franklin Ace 2200
DB9-connector, but I am not able to get a stable output as the the image is
rolling vertically. I have tried to adjust the vertical sync. knobs in
order to stop the image-roll, but it did not seem to improve on the
situation.
I have applied the following jumper-settings to the video-board inside the
computer in order to enable IBM CGA-signal: W2, W4 and W8 (jumpered)
Am I using the wrong the wrong setup / monitor? Any ideas welcomed!
In advance, thank you!
