What is the format for the .dsk file?  I'm trying to transfer it to a
real Apple II floppy and it does not boot, nor can I look at the files
on the disk.  I've tried both DOS 3.3 and ProDOS order.  Strange,
every other disk I transfer this way works just fine.  (Serial from a
Macintosh to the Apple II then DSK2FILE to a floppy).

I've very curious to see this run on a real Apple II!
