I remember what the problem was now yesterday - the message I got was
something like, "Captcha is not valid coming from this domain" or some
such.  I just submitted again (twice) - the first time, I got the
submission screen back with a new captcha challenge; maybe I typed it
in wrong.  The second time I got to a "thank you" screen.
