Heh.. I grappled for days, months, really - on that price. Lots of
factors involved, and after some lengthy discussions I came about a
price point and then still had issues with it.

Then on Wed., when I went to pull two units to ship them I made a
rotten discovery. After going over inventory needs, and placing an
order for specific items, making a wicked looking spreadsheet to see
what exactly I needed, etc... I'm missing 25 of one IC and only had
two. the two on my reference cards. One that is "never to get touched"
and the other for swapping stuff on when working out issues.  I have
stock pre-tested except for one IC ready to go, I knew I had ordered
them. In the midst of all the crazy crap going on, it seems that ..
after extensive anal double checking, even making tick marks on the
paper, which means I must have seen the line item listed. I didn't get
it and didn't realize it. I ordered more and the delivery track record
has been they get here the second day, which is today. So..

If not, I'm waiting for the mail on Saturday and driving out of town
with IC's in hand.

I considered submitting a question to that auction .. with a URL. :)

The whole 16 Sector thing too me months longer than I desired and I
was even aiming for a July 4th premiere, some folks got a sneak
preview as I understand, I had a plug in that was supposed to filter
IP's but at some point it started working backwards and then wouldn't
let anyone in, including me- I had to nuke it from the mysql DB and
upload new code to get rid of it.

It's still not what I wanted, but it's also a whole lot more than I
expected.

There will be a mini-session on it at KFest, too. :)
