    The system disk that came with the Microsoft Premium SoftCard IIe
has a file named "COPY.COM" but does not have one named "FORMAT.COM".
That's because this "COPY.COM" has the capability to format disks.
Use of the '/D' and '/F' switches will format a disk that an
additional 12K of storage space.  It would be interesting to see if
this version of "COPY.COM" will work with earlier versions of CP/M for
Apple CP/M cards.


That would depend entirely on whether the BDOS accessing the disk
interprets >128K block addresses as "wrapping" to track 0.
