Is there a good place to post it? I usually post the SVD files to the
SEBHC google groups files section which I'm a member of. If you visit
that group you'll see my posts which chronical my quest for the SVD.
If you're not a member I don't think you can access the files section
though, but you can try.

If you know of a good place where I can upload the code and .hex files
to, I'd be happy to do that.

Or I can just e-mail it to you.
