I just downloaded it and successfully opened it with these browsers:

Safari 3.1.1
Firefox 2.0.0.14
Internet Explorer 5.2.3
Netscape 7.2
Opera 9.10

I may get around to finally downloading Firefox 3 later today and trying 
it...
